Shipping

• Free Shipping to US - Due to very high demand, please allow estimate 2 to 4 weeks for delivery (varies from product to product)
• Rush Shipping to US - The estimate delivery time is 3 to 9 days, if you had opted for it. Please note that Rush Shipping rate is charged per quantity for the order. If you would prefer some items on free shipping, please place a separate order. (Rush Shipping is not available for Backorder items)

The above does not include circumstances that are out of control such as natural disasters, weather, regulations, etc that may cause shipping postponements. However, please be assured that we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We offer return if the item you received is not as described or damaged in transit.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receipts,
• Items must be unused and undamaged,
• Items must have all tags attached and in original packaging,
• Items must be returned to our warehouse, and
• Return shipping must have tracking detail.

Unfortunately, Shipping cost are non-refundable as it has been spent to ship the item. All shipping costs including return shipping will be at your own expense. Please refers to our Return Policy for more details.
